We will use the names and email addresses provided to process this personal recommendation. This form is not for bulk advertising or subscribing another person to newsletters.

Purpose and legal basis: Process and send the recommendation you request and handle related incidents. Sender data are processed with their consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by submitting the form after ticking the box. The recipient must have previously authorised you to provide their data for this message; the sender’s checkbox does not replace or itself prove that authorisation. Acceptance does not constitute consent to newsletters or promotions. Processing necessary for security and preventing abuse requires a valid legal basis, such as legitimate interest following a balancing of rights; legal obligations will be fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c).

Data and source: The sender provides their name and email address and those of the recipient. The fields are required to process the recommendation. Do not include additional or sensitive data. The recipient must be informed of the source of their data and the processing in the email they receive, in accordance with Article 14 GDPR.

Recipients and providers: The recipient receives the recommendation and the sender’s name. We do not sell or disclose these data for advertising. Hosting, email, maintenance and security providers may be involved with necessary access and applicable safeguards; where acting on behalf of the controller, they must be subject to a data processing agreement. Data may be disclosed to meet a legal obligation. The form incorporates Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data according to its configuration and terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/terms. If transfers outside the European Economic Area occur, destinations and applicable safeguards must be provided; you can request information at info@ingenieros.es.

Retention: Data will be retained for the time necessary to process the message and resolve incidents. Data that must be retained for legal obligations or liabilities will be blocked where applicable for the relevant periods and then erased. Retention does not permit use for advertising without a valid legal basis.

Responsible use: Use this feature for authorised personal recommendations. Do not send repeated or unsolicited messages or use addresses obtained from commercial lists. Anyone who does not recognise a recommendation can report it to support@ingenieros.es without forwarding passwords or access links.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, at info@ingenieros.es. If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
